Person-centered therapy focuses on meeting a client where they are to help them identify the tools that work best, not just those that are the most common. Through an integrative approach, I encourage clients to explore their unique experiences, obstacles, and strengths. With this information, I can help my clients approach their goals with confidence.

She/Her

For over 13 years I have had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life navigate the highs and lows of their mental health and wellness journeys. Everyone has different reasons for seeking out therapy, and the process of getting started, or starting over with someone new, can feel intimidating and overwhelming. Whether it’s to address anxiety or trauma, unexpected life changes, you’re finding familiar tools are no longer serving you, or any of the countless other reasons you are viewing this page, I am here to help you reach your goals and achieve the changes you want to see within yourself and your life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and completed my MSW at the University of South Florida. I have a wide range of experience working with adults facing a variety of challenges including concerns related to diagnosed or suspected neurodiversity, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, gender dysphoria, life transitions, and some obsessive compulsive disorder concerns. I am licensed in both FL and NJ, and hold the following additional certifications: Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), Certified Clinical Trauma professional Level 2 (CCTP-II), and a certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP).

I use an integrative approach incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, but additionally have training in cognitive processing therapy and somatic therapy. This allows me to tailor my approach to my client’s needs more effectively and offer a wide variety of tools. I am a firm believer in systems theory and the mind body connection; we are whole people who do not exist in a vacuum and must oftentimes find ways to function and flourish in systems that were not designed with everyone in mind. I am passionate about creating a space where it is safe for you to be unguarded. Where you can trust that your culture, kink, spirituality, race or ethnicity not only will not be judged, but will always be a welcome, celebrated, and included part of our work together if you wish. If you think I might be a good fit for your mental health needs, please reach out to set up a consultation. I look forward to helping you in this next part of your story!
